Mintry is an identity blueprint and self-reflection app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the app, website, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Mintry, we may process:

• Account identifiers created by the authentication provider.
• Optional linked account details if you connect a social login later.
• Name or nickname, birth date, birth time, and birth location.
• Questionnaire answers, generated archetype results, profile code, and app preferences.
• Palm or hand scan images and related physical-analysis metadata if you submit them.
• Chat prompts, AI responses, compatibility requests, and usage limits.
• Technical data such as device, app version, IP address, logs, and diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate and improve Mintry, including to:

• Create and maintain your anonymous or linked account session.
• Generate your archetype, blueprint, shadow, palm, and compatibility insights.
• Power the Mirror Insight chat and other AI-assisted features.
• Remember preferences, enforce usage limits, and provide support.
• Improve product quality, reliability, safety, and abuse prevention.

4. AI Processing

Some Mintry features rely on AI systems to transform your answers, birth data, hand inputs, and chat messages into personalized content. AI output is generated for reflection and entertainment. It should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Storage and Security

App data is stored in a backend database and transmitted using encrypted connections where supported. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Infrastructure, hosting, analytics, authentication, AI, and payment providers.
• Other users only when you intentionally use connection or sharing features.
• Authorities or third parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.

7. Payments

If subscriptions or in-app purchases are offered, payment details are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Mintry does not need to store your full card number to provide app access.

8. Retention and Deletion

We keep account and blueprint data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion by contacting us. Anonymous accounts may be harder to recover if you delete the app or lose access before linking an account.

9. Children

Mintry is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
