1. Acceptance

By accessing Mintry or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Mintry provides personality, archetype, compatibility, palm-analysis, astrology, and AI-generated self-reflection content. The service is for entertainment and personal reflection only and is not professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mintry. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts

Mintry supports anonymous accounts and optional social linking. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device or linked account. Anonymous data may not be recoverable if access is lost before linking.

5. User Content

You may provide names, birth data, questionnaire answers, hand images, chat prompts, and other inputs. You grant Mintry permission to use those inputs to operate the service, generate results, provide support, and improve the product.

6. AI-Generated Results

Results, readings, compatibility content, and chat responses may be generated by AI. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your situation. Do not rely on Mintry for medical, mental health, relationship, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features may be offered through app stores or payment providers. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by the purchase flow and the applicable provider terms unless otherwise stated.

8. Connections and Sharing

If you share a code or connect with another user, selected profile and blueprint data may be used to generate compatibility insights. Only use these features with people you intend to share with.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use Mintry unlawfully or deceptively.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
Upload content you do not have the right to use.
Use AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Create accounts or automation to bypass limits, subscriptions, or security controls.

10. Intellectual Property

Mintry owns or licenses the app, website, design, code, content, and blueprint system. You may use your personal results for personal, non-commercial sharing, but you may not copy or resell the service.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Mintry is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes and Termination

We may modify the service or these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or if required to protect users, the product, or legal obligations.
